  • Refunds are available for services not yet commenced.
  • If a service has been started and does not meet the agreed-upon deliverables, we will review the project on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the payment date.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Once a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any completed portion of the project.
  • Custom services that have been delivered are non-refundable.
