Payments & Refunds
- All payments for services are required in full prior to project commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Refunds are only issued for services not rendered or in cases where we fail to meet the agreed deliverables.
- No refunds are issued once a project has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
